Eng. Ghada Bajegni obtained a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, specializing in communication Engineering from the University of Tripoli. She has over her 17-year career, Ghada’s journey began as a student intern and progressed to a permanent position at a computer manufacturing and distribution company.
She enhanced her skills in sales and services with the leading mobile services company in Libya and later transitioned to the Human Resources department at Haliburton, a globally recognized oil and gas services company. Ghada’s outstanding performance led to her promotion as the head of the HR department at Haliburton’s Libya branch. She expanded her expertise through training courses at esteemed institutions in the USA and the Middle East.
Passionate about employee growth, Ghada bridges the gap between technical expertise and HR functions, utilizing her engineering background. Her commitment to fostering professional development has established her as a leader in both HR and engineering.
International Partnering and Contracts
Dr. Suhil Bajigni boasts a distinguished 28-year career in civil engineering, marked by expertise in infrastructure, transportation, and land development. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tripoli and pursued master’s and doctoral degrees in civil engineering from the University of Alabama, USA. With leadership roles in top global engineering firms, he oversaw $10 billion worth of infrastructure projects.
A registered Professional Engineer both in the United States and Libya, Dr. Bajigni has a broad knowledge of all aspects of civil engineering and the different types of infrastructure projects.
His professional philosophy centers on fostering partnerships and collaborative teamwork, embracing diversity for mutual prosperity.
